Useful informations for those who come by car, bus or train :

Local transport in Novi Sad is very good and frequent, every 10 minutes. From the railroad station to the "Stari krovovi**" hotel zou can come by bus 52, 53,54 (for all lines first station is on bus and train station). Price of the ticket in bus is 25 dinars aprox. (0.3€). Bus timetable and line schedule you can se on site listed in useful links on left side. It is kindly requested that guests, who are coming by car, pay attention to park only at parking places in order to avoid fines, which could be very expensive. Price of the petrol is about 85 dinars (1€), and diesel is 79 dinars (0.9€).

Considering the fact Novi Sad is located next to European highway E75 and railroad (Vienna-Budapest-Belgrade-Istanbul) and is also close to highway E70 (Zagreb-Belgrade) and the fact that it is the second biggest city in Serbia and Montenegro, it is usual for all trains and buses, which travel from Europe to Serbia and Montenegro, to make a stop in Novi Sad.

Pay toll is charged on the following roads: E-75 Belgrade-Novi Sad, E-70 Novi Sad-Feketic-Subotica, E75 Belgrade-Nis, E75 Nis-Leskovac and E70 Belgrade-Sid.
Driving through Serbia:
All roads are clearly marked so it is hard to get lost. Maximum allowed speed is not the same on all roads, so it is necessary to follow the traffic signs. If you have a valid international or national driver's license, and driving on the right side of the tracks suits you, then you are welcome to drive through Serbia and Montenegro.

Od Surcina na svakih sat vremena saobraca redovna autobuska linija ka Beogradskoj autobuskoj i železnickoj stanici. Za domace putnike, Novi Sad je dobro povezan redovnim autobuskim i železnickim linijama iz svih krajeva Srbije i Crne Gore.
